Terms and Conditions
When placing your order you accept all of our terms and conditions as stated below.
Stock Items
The stock that is available online is also available in our shop. In the rare event of purchasing an item online, whilst being bought physically from our craft shop you will be notified and fully refunded.
If the item/s you have ordered becomes out of stock or if we identify a discrepancy with the price or item description, we will not be able to process the order. You will be notified and then refunded if another option, such as choosing the same item with a variance, cannot be arranged.
All stock available will be handled carefully and packaged to ensure there are no breakages unless otherwise specified on the online shop. Any breakages broken in transit will be covered by the insurance.
We will try to ensure that all product descriptions are correct including any variances.
Some items are unique and may not be ordered more than once or again in the future. Please let us know if you have any enquiries regarding an item or items you have seen previously.
Ordering, Returns and Refunds
When an order has been placed we will notify you of the receipt of your order and to check all details are correct. We will let you know by email when your order is ready to be posted, this will be within 7 days of your order unless otherwise specified.
To cancel an order, whether received or not, please contact hello@llantarnamgrange.com or call 01633 483321. If the order hasn’t been sent yet we can organise a refund straight away. If the order has meanwhile been sent then please wait to receive your order, return it to us in its packaging and once we receive it we can then arrange a refund.
We hope that you will be happy with the item/s you purchase from us however we appreciate that you may change your mind and wish to return your item/s and ask for a refund. Please let us know within 14 days after you’ve received your purchase by emailing hello@llantarnamgrange.com or by calling 01633 483321 where we will ask that you provide the details of your purchase.
If you have received your product and within 14 days change your mind, contact us and return in its original packaging. We are unable to cover the return postage in this instance.
If your item is damaged upon delivery and you would like to return, again please contact us. We will cover the return postage if the item is faulty/damaged.
If your purchase has been damaged whilst in your care you are welcome to inform us. We may not be able to replace the item or offer a refund but we may be able to advice on how to repair it.
Payments
All product prices are in pound sterling.
Payments will be taken via PayPal and orders will only be processed once confirmation of payment has been received.

Packaging
Some items will already have their own gift boxes or bags as provided by the artist however there will be some that won’t have their own packaging, in this instance we will use our own.
All of our packaging including cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper and chips is and will be reused to save on waste.

Shipping
Shipping will only be available to UK and Ireland addresses. For all other international queries please email hello@llantarnamgrange.com
All orders will be posted and insured by Special Delivery from Royal Mail. To make certain that ceramics are also insured we may send via another courier such as DHL.
In the event of using a courier we may have to ask for a phone number as this is a requirement when arranging delivery.
Please ensure that all your delivery details are correct as we will not be held responsible if the address is wrong.
Shipping will be processed within the next 7 days following your order. If you would like to receive your order by a specific date please email hello@llantarnamgrange.com or call 01633 483321.
Privacy Policy
All ordering details such as name, addresses, phone numbers and payment details will be kept secure. This information will only be used Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre to process your order/s and enquiries. This will not be passed on or used for any other purpose.
Disclaimer
Whilst we endeavour to process your order and any enquiries as efficiently as possible please be mindful that we are a small team, with some who work part-time, based in one location. We want to provide you with as smooth of an online shopping experience can be, so that you may return or visit our building in the future.
By purchasing items online and in our craft shop at Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre you are supporting a charity organisation. You are also supporting artists and other small organisations by helping them continue their practice. The price of the postage helps us cover the cost for packaging and shipping.

Os bydd yr eitem/au a archeboch yn mynd allan o stoc neu os byddwn yn nodi anghysondeb ym mhris neu ddisgrifiad yr eitem, ni fyddwn yn gallu prosesu eich archeb. Byddwch yn cael gwybod ac yn derbyn ad-daliad os na ellir trefnu opsiwn arall, fel dewis yr un eitem gydag amrywiad.
Bydd yr holl stoc sydd ar gael yn cael ei drin a'i bacio’n ofalus i sicrhau nad oes unrhyw doriadau, oni bai y nodir fel arall yn y siop ar-lein. Bydd yr yswiriant yn talu am unrhyw doriadau sy'n digwydd yn ystod cludo.
Byddwn yn ceisio sicrhau bod disgrifiadau'r holl nwyddau yn gywir, yn cynnwys unrhyw amrywiadau.
Mae rhai eitemau’n unigryw ac mae'n bosibl na fydd modd eu harchebu mwy nag unwaith neu eto yn y dyfodol. Rhowch wybod i ni os oes gennych unrhyw ymholiadau ynghylch eitem neu eitemau rydych wedi eu gweld gynt.
Archebu, Dychweliadau ac Ad-daliadau
Pan fyddwch wedi rhoi archeb, byddwn yn rhoi gwybod i chi ein bod wedi derbyn yr archeb ac yn gofyn i chi wirio bod yr holl fanylion yn gywir. Byddwn yn rhoi gwybod i chi drwy e-bost pan fydd eich archeb yn barod i'w phostio, bydd hyn o fewn 7 diwrnod o dderbyn eich archeb oni bai y nodir fel arall.
